**Credit Advisor** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Experience may include any of the following: group or individual financial services (as advisor or coordinator), promoter roles (e.g., Valera), minimum 6 months; or field sales and/or field collections, minimum 1 year **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prospecting, sales, loan disbursement, processing and renewal of group loans, collection management, home visits, group meetings, loan validation and disbursement, credit analysis, file preparation, and financial advisory services to clients. Work is conducted 80% in the field and 20% in the office.
