




We are seeking a Cook for a sports club. **REQUIREMENTS:** Gender: Not specified Age: 23 to 58 years old Proven experience of 3 years as a Cook A in restaurants (practical test will be administered) - H endorsement (desirable) - Availability to work Tuesday through Sunday (Mondays off) **SHIFT OPTIONS:** Morning shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (transportation provided for the evening shift) **WE OFFER:** Weekly salary (gross): $2,485.01 + 10% punctuality bonus + 10% attendance bonus + 10% grocery vouchers + Statutory benefits (and above statutory standards) **Total weekly gross earnings: $3,230.03 (**less taxes**) + tips** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Prepare food for service. - Verify the quality and condition of food items. - Respond to, report on, and follow instructions from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. - Clean the work area and properly store leftovers. - Conduct daily checks on food storage conditions. - Ensure correct food preparation and food safety. - Assist in inspecting raw materials in the main warehouse and subsequently organize them in designated locations using the FIFO system. - Maintain kitchen hygiene. - Record supplies used in documentation for withdrawals, transfers, losses, etc. - Support social events. - Prepare and serve meals for the employee cafeteria.
