We seek someone who masters design tools completely, stays up to date with digital trends, and combines visual talent with the ability to strategically and authentically manage online communities. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Design and produce impactful visual content for various platforms: social media, billboards, magazines, flyers, and digital or printed materials. * Create visual and content strategies to boost engagement and strengthen brand identity. * Schedule and manage social media posts, ensuring consistency, originality, and alignment with communication objectives. * Analyze performance metrics, proposing improvements and growth opportunities. * Actively interact with the online community, responding professionally and promptly to messages, mentions, and comments. * Stay at the forefront of design trends, social media, and digital tools. ### **Required Knowledge and Skills** * Proven experience in graphic design with advanced proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, or other professional tools**. * Creativity to adapt content to different digital platforms using optimized formats. * Strategic use of **ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence tools** applied to design, marketing, and community management. * Knowledge of **digital marketing, visual storytelling, and social media trends**. * Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and deliver on time with excellence. * Analytical capability to interpret metrics and translate data into effective strategies. * Genuine passion for social media, design, and continuous innovation. ### **We Offer** * Monthly net salary: $10,500 * KPI-based bonus * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria service * Monday to Friday
