Your role involves reviewing and monitoring customer portfolios, identifying recovery opportunities, and applying effective strategies for debt collection. You will serve as the liaison between customers and the collections team, ensuring clear and effective communication. Additionally, you must analyze and report on collection trends and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in collection operations. Minimum requirements include a university degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields, along with prior experience in collections or portfolio management. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and negotiation skills will be highly valued. You must have excellent written and spoken Spanish and possess the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
