*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for company ConsulCAP in Arandas - Arandas, Jalisco** ConsulCAP is looking for your talent as an INDUSTRIAL Superintendent **DESCRIPTION:** Carry out supervision, monitoring, control, and review of assigned projects, taking appropriate actions to ensure that the project develops according to established work programs and applicable regulations, while managing the supply of human and material resources. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate team members' responsibilities. * Efficiently manage allocated resources. * Prepare reports related to their area of expertise, including progress updates and cost control. * Hand over the work site and formalize it through a delivery record. * Make necessary technical decisions for proper execution of work. * Comply with and enforce SIG (Integrated Management System) standards. * Ensure compliance with established conditions prior to the start of work, including related services. * Monitor and control work development in terms of quality, cost, and time. * Manage the construction schedule and communicate any changes occurring at any stage of the project. * Supervise timely and proper delivery of required materials. * Inform Engineering Management of additional needs for materials, tools, and personnel on-site. * Report inconsistencies between designs, technical specifications, and current applicable regulations. * Participate in site surveys with clients to gather pre-engineering data. * Perform coaching tasks to support their team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Civil Engineer, Architect, Public Works Promotion, or related field * Willingness to travel * Customer service orientation * **Minimum 3 years of experience as a site resident in INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION** * Advanced AutoCAD skills * Proficient in Office Excel 80% (Pivot Tables, Macros, Project Manager) * Personnel management experience * Experience in civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural work * **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY** **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm * Salary + per diems + accommodation + transportation Work location: Arandas, Jalisco.
