Position Objective: Ensure efficient, profitable, and sustainable management of assigned properties, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s operational, financial, and service standards. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in similar roles within the hotel industry. - Basic knowledge of maintenance. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Personal vehicle (desirable). Responsibilities: - Comprehensive property administration (maintenance, cleaning, inventories, and vendors). - Preparation of operational and financial reports for partners. - Supervision of reservations, guest stays, and guest service. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate guidelines.
