Due to expansion, we are seeking Operations Analysts (Urban Pest Management): * Gender **indifferent**, over 18 years of age. * Minimum education: High school diploma; completed Bachelor's degree, intern, or incomplete studies preferred. Biologists, agronomists, or industrial fields **preferred**. * Customer **service** orientation and strong communication skills. * **Valid driver's license** type B (Jalisco) or equivalent (cars and vans) required, or ability to obtain it within no more than 1 month after hiring. * Previous knowledge or experience **not required**, but **preferred**: 1 year of experience in a similar role or **CONOCER EC\-0303** certification (Pest Management at Safety Level). * **Must reside** in Arandas or nearby areas. Responsibilities: * **Inspection** to identify conditions conducive to pest proliferation across various facilities. * **Chemical treatments** according to customer needs. * **Monitoring** and reviewing pest monitoring equipment. * **Identification** of pest arthropods at the level of Order and/or Family. * **Maintaining logs** and real-time service reports.
