




At **DIHOUSE**, we are looking for: **GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND REAL ESTATE TRAFFICKER** **Functions and Responsibilities** * **Material Development:** Design and develop a variety of marketing and commercial materials, including brochures, catalogs, digital and outdoor advertisements, and social media content. * **Conceptual Design:** Create visual concepts, *mood boards*, logos, and graphic guidelines for new real estate projects. * **Visual Implementation:** Support visual implementation across various touchpoints, including website updates, sales office signage creation, and preparation of materials for trade fairs. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions. * **Project Management:** Independently manage design projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * **Innovation:** Propose creative and innovative ideas to help differentiate real estate products in the market. * **Updates:** Keep existing graphic materials up-to-date to ensure continued relevance and effective brand representation. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Communication, Web Design, or a related field. * **Experience:** Prior experience, typically a minimum of 5 years, with a strong portfolio of relevant work. * **Software:** Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CANVA, and preferably AI tools. * **Skills:** * Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. * Communication skills to interact effectively with teams and articulate ideas. * Time management ability and capacity to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. * Knowledge of marketing principles and brand best practices. **REAL ESTATE TRAFFICKER JOB DESCRIPTION** **Key Functions** * **Planning and Strategy:** Design full-funnel digital media plans (awareness, consideration, conversion) to achieve business objectives. * **Campaign Execution:** Create, configure, and launch advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, etc. * **Management and Optimization:** Monitor and adjust campaigns daily to improve performance, optimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), and lead quality. * **Analysis and Reporting:** Analyze campaign results using tools like Google Analytics and generate periodic reports presenting key metrics. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with creative teams (for ad design) and sales teams (for lead delivery and follow-up). * **Lead Generation:** Implement advanced segmentation strategies to attract qualified prospects for property purchase or rental. **Skills and Requirements** * **Tool Proficiency:** In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics). * **Analytical Skills:** Ability to interpret data and make decisions based on performance metrics. * **Strategic and Creative Thinking:** Capability to develop campaign strategies, create persuasive ads, and think creatively. * **Industry Knowledge:** Prior experience managing paid media campaigns in the real estate sector is desirable. * **Results Orientation:** Focus on achieving targets and performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, etc.). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (in-office); Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (remote). **Address:** Av.
