




A leading company in the restaurant industry is seeking your talent. We are looking for a Branch Supervisor with experience in Mexican cuisine. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring food quality, delivering excellent customer service, and guaranteeing compliance with branch standards. Responsibilities * Supervise and participate in the preparation of Mexican dishes. * Adhere to and enforce recipes, processes, and quality standards. * Coordinate and supervise operational staff. * Manage inventory and waste control. * Handle cash management, daily cash reconciliation, and reporting. * Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene regulations. * Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints. * Train team members and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy and/or Technical degree in Food and Beverage. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Branch Supervisor, Shift Leader, or similar position. * Knowledge of grilling, flat-top cooking, trompo (rotisserie), and sauce preparation. * Inventory management and basic administrative control skills. * Strict adherence to instructions and procedural compliance. * Outstanding service attitude. * H Distinction Certification. We Offer * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM and 11:00 AM–9:00 PM (rotating shifts). * Work location: Santa Fe, Mexico City (within the Universidad Iberoamericana campus). * Monthly salary of $14,000 net, commensurate with qualifications. * One meal provided daily by the company. * Job stability. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
