**WAREHOUSE MANAGER** **WORK LOCATION: VILLA DE REYES, SLP** **Requirements:** * Education: Technician or Professional in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: * **Minimum 3 years as warehouse manager or supervisor; direct customer interaction experience.** * **Supervision of operational staff (minimum 5 people).** * **ERP system proficiency.** **Technical Knowledge:** * **Management of cyclic and annual inventories.** * **Control of materials (tools, spare parts, consumables).** * **Monitoring of operational indicators.** * **Microsoft Office suite (Excel, intermediate to advanced level).** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise all warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, returns, inventories, and material dispatch. * Ensure compliance with inventory control and documentation procedures according to client and company standards. * Manage customer requests and requirements, maintaining a smooth, service-oriented relationship. * Supervise operational staff: task assignment, attendance tracking, performance evaluation, and continuous training. * Implement continuous process improvements in warehouse operations to optimize time, reduce errors, and minimize losses. * Prepare periodic management reports: inventory levels, operational KPIs, incidents, among others. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Monthly performance bonus * Gasoline allowance Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
