Description A leading Korean logistics company is seeking: **Warehouse Manager** **Requirements:** Academic level: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (a postgraduate degree or specialization in logistics or supply chain is preferred). Experience: 5 years in similar positions. Language: Advanced English. **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage all daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, inventory management). * Serve as the operational liaison between the supplier company and the client, ensuring smooth and effective communication. * Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Supervise and coordinate supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies. **Responsibilities:** * Implement continuous improvement processes, cost reduction initiatives, and shrinkage control. * Manage human resources, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and workplace climate. * Prepare and present operational, financial, and results reports to the client and senior management. * Ensure compliance with contractual guidelines with the client. **Skills:** * ERP & WMS systems * Advanced Excel * PowerPoint * Macros & Google Drive * Power BI * Word **Requirements:** Problem-solving ability, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, leadership, strong verbal communication skills, decision-making ability. **Location:** Queretaro Industrial Park Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
