Our products, present across a wide range of fields, contribute to enhancing the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** Responsibilities: * Coordinate Manufacturing Engineering activities, including Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Quality initiatives. * Prepare technical aspects of budgets, providing comprehensive information for accurate cost calculation of new products. * Lead and manage new product launch activities from the manufacturing engineering perspective. * Coordinate and implement engineering and process changes across all production lines. * Initiate and lead improvement activities for current product processes, focusing on labor utilization, space optimization, and capacity enhancement. * Serve as the primary product contact for external sources, maintaining clear communication channels. * Promote and utilize product improvement tools to drive continuous improvement. * Collaborate with the project manager to apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodologies. * Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new product introduction processes. * Conduct feasibility studies for new product designs, considering manufacturing capabilities and constraints. * Act as liaison with cross-functional teams, including R\+D, Quality, and Operations, to ensure smooth product transitions. * Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to new product introduction. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with new product launches and engineering changes. * Facilitate training sessions for production teams on new products and processes. * Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing processes and product development. **Requirements** Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred) * 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or new product introduction * Proven track record of successfully launching new products in a manufacturing environment Skills: * Knowledge of product and manufacturing processes * Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams * Advanced knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodologies * Proficiency in problem-solving techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, 8D, DMAIC) * Experience with principles and practices of lean manufacturing * Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written) * Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems * Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software * Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills * Advanced proficiency in MS\-Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint * Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems * Strong leadership abilities with capacity to influence and motivate teams * Exceptional organizational and time management skills * Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes Certifications (preferred): * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification * Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification * Lean Manufacturing certification Personal Qualities: * Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Detail-oriented and focused on quality and continuous improvement
