




***JOB DESCRIPTION:*** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** **AGE:** 35 to 45 years old **EDUCATION:** Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 3 years of experience ***DRIVING LICENSE:*** Class B SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise, coordinate, and assign maintenance team activities. Collaborate with all hotel departments (Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Management) to ensure comprehensive understanding of each area’s operations and the equipment used. Conduct periodic inspections of hotel facilities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, air conditioning units (HVAC), and general equipment. Resolve electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults. Ensure proper use of tools and materials. Guarantee optimal operation of all hotel operational areas. Maintain records of reports, logs, and maintenance requests. Supervise external vendors when necessary. Apply safety protocols and basic first aid in emergencies. Promptly address maintenance requests from guests and internal staff. Carry out general repairs at hotel facilities, including: tile replacement, handrail adjustment, pool cleaning and maintenance, leak repair, pipe inspection, and troubleshooting air conditioning equipment. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** Industrial and residential electricity.
