Master’s degree required. **II. General Purpose:** Planning and monitoring the company’s financial management, providing accurate and timely information to support decision-making. **III. Experience and Knowledge:** At least 6 years of experience as a controller or finance professional in IMMEX companies operating in the metal-mechanical sector; up-to-date knowledge of tax reforms; expertise in foreign trade tax and customs regulations; proficiency in ERP systems and digital platforms of the Tax Administration System. **IV. Functions and Responsibilities:** Preparation and analysis of the company’s daily cash flow, categorized by transaction type, using Excel reports. Classification of SAT portal XML files according to cost centers. Monitoring the company’s Tax Inbox for subsequent reporting to the General Management. Validation of daily accounting entries. Managerial activities including supervision, advisory services, and support to the finance department staff. Definition of the finance department’s objectives and goals. Analysis and validation of expense documentation for travel allowances. Preparation of financial reports and statements for bank credit approvals. Oversight of implementation of best practices within the finance department. Handling information requests related to tax refunds and offsets. Preparation and analysis of the company’s financial statements—and those of its U.S. subsidiaries—in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Information Standards. Budget vs. Monthly Closing Analysis. Validation of extraordinary discounts applied by our customers. Annual tax return filing for the company.
