




**FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER** At Beer Hub, we are building a world-class financial operation to support the group’s expansion, the growth of our branches, production, and our long-term vision. If you enjoy steering the financial wheel of an entire company, this role is for you. **THE CHALLENGE (Role Purpose)** Ensure the group’s overall financial health through: * Strong cash flow * Realistic and executable budgets * Profitability per business unit * Rigorous cost and shrinkage control * Flawless tax compliance * Clear financial information for decision-making This position supports the group’s growth and provides assurance to the Board, Executive Leadership, and all operational units. **WHAT YOU’LL DO (Key Responsibilities) A. Strategic** * Design, monitor, and update the group’s annual budget. * Analyze profitability by business unit (HUB1, HUB2, Falling Piano, All Wood, Gallo Pinto). * Present monthly financial results to the CEO, CFO, and Board. * Develop and strengthen financial policies, processes, and controls. * Identify risks, operational leaks, and cost-saving opportunities. * Ensure tax and regulatory compliance across all units. **B. Operational** * Supervise general accounting and accounting records. * Monitor payments, collections, bank reconciliations, and cash flows. * Manage treasury operations: cash boxes, daily closings, cash counts, and bank movements. * Validate payroll, invoicing, taxes, and tax filings. * Supervise inventories, shrinkage, and variances. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Validate monthly closings and issue reliable financial statements. **C.
