ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Schedule shifts and assign tasks. * Coordinate production startups and changeovers. * Achieve shift goals. * Monitor quality and safety. * Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). * Communicate with supervisors and managers. * Train and lead the team. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED SKILLS: * Degree or partial degree. * 3–5 years of supervisory or team leader experience managing 15\+ people in manufacturing. * Knowledge of Lean principles. * Familiar with manufacturing processes, machinery, and high\-volume production. * Available for shift work. * English proficiency (80% or higher).
