We are seeking a WORKSHOP MANAGER in La Resurrección, Puebla, Puebla. Requirements: Education: Automotive Engineering degree or related field Job Objective: Coordinate and manage the Maintenance Department by providing preventive and corrective maintenance services to the company’s autotankers, portable cylinder units, and utility vehicles, ensuring optimal operation of transport units and leading the assigned maintenance team to accomplish these tasks. Responsibilities: - Assign mechanical and electrical tasks to the assigned team. - Conduct inspections throughout the workshop area. - Release repaired units for service. - Review administrative controls for the workshop’s Maintenance Department. - Report on units currently in the workshop. - Report on units that have been repaired. - Maintain clean work areas. - Review budgets for external service providers. - Report on tire status for all units and perform tire marking (Tire Traffic Light System). - Recommendation: Prioritize indicators according to importance. Quantitatively describe the achievement against expected targets. Describe the measurement indicator. - Place orders for oil, grease, additives, and tires. - Conduct necessary diagnostic tests and verify completed work. - Obtain quotations for repairs performed at external workshops. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 9:00–14:00 hrs. Salary: MXN $13,960.50 gross per month, less taxes + statutory benefits. Work Location: La Resurrección, Puebla, Puebla.
