**WE ARE SEEKING: MAINTENANCE MANAGER** Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, or related field * 5 years’ experience in general maintenance and diesel engines * Experience with CUMMINS engines is desirable * Advanced knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance * Proficiency in advanced KPI management * Experience in supervising technical staff * Excel proficiency **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Supervise the maintenance team and ensure operational efficiency * Monitor maintenance KPIs to improve productivity * Diagnose complex equipment failures and provide technical support to mechanical staff **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays open * Salary: MN$30,000 monthly + bonuses for KPI achievement * Statutory benefits Work location: Industrial Vallejo Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
