We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical **Sales Supervisor** to lead the sales strategy and ensure sustainable growth of our pharmacies. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze historical sales, seasonality, and consumption trends to identify opportunities and risks. * Define clear and measurable goals (daily, weekly, and monthly) for the counter staff team. * Monitor key KPIs: average transaction value, profit margin percentage, and inventory turnover. * Design and deliver training programs on consultative and cross-selling techniques. * Provide individualized coaching to improve staff performance. * Supervise merchandising and product display. * Propose and implement effective promotions and sales campaigns. * Maintain high standards of customer service. * Store organization and planogram compliance. * Competitive analysis focused on pricing and promotions. **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software and sales data analysis. * Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams. * Excellent soft skills: communication, proactivity, emotional intelligence, and results orientation. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Experience in pharmacy.
