




Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and supporting the sales team to achieve established business objectives, ensuring attainment of sales targets, customer retention, and optimization of sales processes. Age: 25 to 55 years Education: Incomplete Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor’s degree Minimum 1 year of experience managing work teams of at least 9 people. Supervise the sales team. On-the-road route supervision. Lead the sales team. Train the sales team. Supervise and assist the team in managing their customer and prospect portfolios. Execute sales plans and commercial strategies aligned with company objectives. Resolve any customer complaints or conflicts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
