Eco Plate Importers S.A. de C.V. is a company dedicated to the importation, customization, and distribution of eco-friendly disposable products for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and food businesses. We serve both direct customers and distributors and are currently experiencing commercial growth. Position Objective To lead, coordinate, and develop the sales department to ensure achievement of commercial goals, expansion of the customer portfolio, and proper execution of the company’s sales strategy. Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the sales team * Define and monitor objectives, targets, and commissions * Develop new clients and strategic accounts * Follow up on quotations, deal closures, and after-sales service * Implement and utilize CRM for commercial tracking * Analyze sales metrics, margins, and profitability * Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, administration, and e-commerce departments * Train and evaluate the performance of the sales team * Prepare sales reports and forecasts Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a sales manager or sales supervisor * Experience in B2B sales (preferably in food, packaging, or disposables) * Experience managing sales teams and commission structures * Knowledge of and experience using CRM systems * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Leadership, organizational ability, and results orientation * Intermediate Excel proficiency We Offer * Competitive base salary * Performance-based commission structure * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunities for professional growth **Apply through this channel by submitting your updated CV.** Eco Plate Importers S.A. de C.V.
