





Restaurant Manager Requirements * 3 years of experience in fine dining restaurants as a branch manager * Team management, staff scheduling, incident handling, order control, billing, cost management, and sales strategies * Proficiency in restaurant management software * English proficiency level: Intermediate preferred * Supervision of a staff of over 50 employees across three shifts * Experience in restaurant and business unit openings (desirable) * Full-time availability Responsibilities * Overall restaurant administration and implementation of strategies to maximize sales levels through efficient resource utilization. * Leadership of the staff, building and motivating successful work teams.
