At Distribuidora de Medicamentos de la Huasteca, we are seeking personnel for the Sales Supervision area. **Job Responsibilities:** * Implement Farmacias Similares and Distribuidora de Medicamentos de la Huasteca guidelines regarding manuals, announcements, documents, and issued policies. * Analyze sales indicators and reports to drive strategy implementation. * Conduct feedback sessions between the Sales Management team and the group of Supervisors to communicate sales strategies and targets. * Monitor staff discipline and apply disciplinary measures as necessary. * Train sales staff on products, sales techniques, handling customer objections, and sales policies. * Advise sales staff on resolving sales- and customer-related situations and problems. * Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of documentation and materials between the unit and other departments. * Identify local market conditions specific to the pharmacy’s location to develop targeted strategies that enhance sales performance. * Verify reporting of incidents involving local physicians. * Identify and resolve technical and human resource needs to ensure 100% operational capacity of the unit. * Channel staffing requirements to recruiters and support fulfillment of these needs. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum age of 22 years. * Willingness and ability to travel is mandatory. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Minimum one year of verifiable experience in Sales Supervision or retail store supervision. * Experience in inventory management. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth. * Statutory benefits.
