NATIONAL LEADING COMPANY IN THE GASOLINE INDUSTRY WITH OVER 30 YEARS IN THE MARKET SEEKING AN **OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** DUE TO EXPANSION **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and document operational, commercial, image, and service conditions at assigned gas stations. * Execute action plans derived from Internal Audit and PROFECO evaluations. * Promote fuel and ancillary product sales. * Supervise the performance of gas station staff, fostering a service-oriented culture. * Identify training needs and channel them to Human Resources. * Report sales figures and incidents; submit fuel shortage reports and competitive pricing analysis. * Review and approve monthly purchase requisitions for gas stations, ensuring operational requirements and allocated budget compliance. * Maintain constant communication with Operations Management and support departments to address critical issues at service stations. * Submit weekly preliminary payroll to Human Resources every Monday; present weekly vacancy and coverage status report per station; conduct onboarding for newly hired personnel. **Experience and Requirements:** * Comprehensive operation of service stations. * Knowledge of applicable regulations (CNE, ASEA, PROFECO, STPS). * Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI. * Leadership and effective communication skills. * Problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making abilities. * Valid driver’s license for standard vehicles. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Economic, professional, and career development opportunities. * Company-provided utility vehicle. * Laptop. * Mobile phone.
