Credit Card Collections Manager – Part-Time **Location:** Av. The primary purpose is to recover delinquent accounts through empathetic and effective communication strategies, offering alternative solutions and promoting responsible financial practices. Requirements * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * Minimum 6 months of experience in collections, preferably in **credit cards**. * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. * Empathy and customer orientation. * Preferred: Experience in digital collections and CRM systems.
