**Position Objective:** Create, develop, verify, and ensure the implementation of the following prerequisites: pest control, chemical control, Master Cleaning Program, as well as the proper application of various cleaning procedures in different areas (including green areas) and equipment. **Main Activities:** * Participate in fulfilling the master cleaning program * Modify procedures related to their department to keep them updated * Coordinate cleaning activities according to the Master Cleaning Program to maintain clean areas * Organize their assigned personnel for the proper execution of aesthetic cleaning and PML * Supervise all areas of the company to evaluate and validate records of activities performed by janitorial staff * Conduct inventories of cleaning tools and chemicals to ensure product safety and maintain supply in processing plants * Process invoices for purchases required by the quality assurance department, issue inventory withdrawals for requests from different departments through vouchers or logs for cleaning supplies or chemicals to keep inventories updated * Ensure sanitary quality of products to comply with food safety management regulations * Validate new chemical or cleaning products to achieve greater effectiveness * Timely submit incident reports (overtime, permits, entry and exit passes, etc.) for their personnel to prevent payroll issues * Responsible for training and certifying their personnel in relevant positions described in the job descriptions * Constantly verify compliance with the pest control program to ensure its proper execution **Position Requirements:** **Education:** * Engineering degree (Pharmaceutical Chemist, Food Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related) **Experience:** * 1 year in the position * 2 years in the area **Technical Knowledge:** * Office software * Hygiene and sanitation * Handling of chemical products * Structure and application of a Master Cleaning Program * Food safety standards **Required Competencies:** * Leadership and communication * Problem solving * Time management * Teamwork * Adaptability * Organization Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $18,346.40 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Would you be available to change your residence?
