ALPLA’s Vallejo plant invites you to join our great team as: ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN **Position Objective** To maintain equipment and machinery in optimal operating condition to ensure continuity of the manufacturing process. **Responsibilities:** Manage work orders, consumables, and spare parts through the designated maintenance ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to ensure proper control of utilized resources. Perform preventive maintenance according to the established schedule and assigned technology(ies) to keep equipment and machinery in optimal condition. Perform corrective maintenance based on failures reported by the Production department and assigned technology(ies), conducting accurate diagnosis and failure analysis to optimize equipment intervention, repair times, and maintain equipment and machinery in optimal condition. Install or uninstall peripheral equipment according to the production plan to ensure that the product meets required quality specifications. Respond to and follow up on blue cards and yellow cards to prevent accidents and maintain equipment, machinery, and the workplace in optimal condition. Provide support during equipment reconfiguration, relocation, or renewal to ensure availability of necessary equipment for the production process. **Requirements:** · **Education**: Technical degree in Electromechanics. · **Experience**: Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry, preferably plastics-related. **We Offer:** Attractive salary, superior benefits, and an excellent benefits package.
