




**RISK MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR** The Risk Management Coordinator plays an active, collaborative role in strengthening the organization’s risk posture by serving as a central point of alignment among internal teams, clients and insurers. This position proactively monitors regulatory requirements, evaluates client contracts requirements, manages insurance requirements and claims, and maintains precise compliance documentation. Through continuous engagement with stakeholders and timely identification of gaps, the coordinator helps streamline communication, enhance operational readiness, and ensure the organization remains protected against emerging risks. RESPONSIBILITIES. * Communicate regulatory updates and compliance requirements to the appropriate internal stakeholders in a timely manner. * Collaborate ensuring organizational adherence to applicable laws, standards, and industry guidelines. * Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate, up\-to\-date documentation. * Review contracts and agreements compliance risk management checklists to address risk\-related provisions, insurance requirements, and compliance obligations. * Evaluate terms that may expose the organization to risk and escalate concerns to leadership or legal teams as needed. * Ensure contractual obligations are understood, documented, and followed by relevant departments. * Maintain organized records of contract\-related risk assessments and decisions. * Process, investigate, and document insurance claims and liability\-related incidents, ensuring all required information is collected. * Coordinate directly with insurers and insurance brokers, adjusters, and internal teams to facilitate timely claim resolution. * Track ongoing claims, conduct proactive follow\-ups, and ensure timely responses to requests for additional information. * Prepare status updates for leadership summarizing claim progress, challenges, and outcomes. * Serve as the primary contact for internal departments, clients, insurers, and regulatory agencies on matters related to risk, claims, and compliance. * Respond promptly to inquiries and provide clear communication regarding risk\-related issues or requirements. * Collaborate across teams to resolve contract concerns, regulatory questions, or claim discrepancies. * Maintain accurate logs of risk assessments, claims activity, compliance documents, and contract risk reviews. * Prepare regular summaries and reports for leadership outlining risk exposure, compliance status, and claim metrics. * Ensure all documentation is organized, complete, and audit\-ready at all times. * Assist in developing, updating, and implementing risk management policies, procedures, and best practices. * Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to strengthen the risk management framework. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Legal Studies, Compliance, or a related field (preferred). * 2\+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, insurance claim administration, contract review, or a similar role. * Experience working with regulatory requirements, governmental updates, and compliance standards. * Prior experience coordinating with insurers, adjusters, or legal teams is a plus. * Strong understanding of contract terminology, risk\-related clauses, and insurance requirements. * Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting business operations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with risk or compliance tracking systems is a plus. * Ability to analyze data, interpret regulations, and produce clear reports. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain risk and compliance matters to different audiences. * Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation. * Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. * Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments, clients, insurers, and regulatory agencies. * High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
