Together we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Trust **Position Objective** Act as a strategic partner for global departments including Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and Information Systems, ensuring alignment of human resources strategies with business objectives and providing support in key initiatives such as facilitating organizational change, developing talent, and promoting a high-performance culture within a global and diverse environment. **Responsibilities and Activities** Maintain constant communication with the recruitment team to track job opening statuses. Support document collection for employee files. Employee Services: Address employee requests, such as clarifications, documentation, information, or updates to personal and employment data. Onboarding and Training: Ensure employee adaptation during the first months. Support implementation and follow-up of annual training plans. Talent Management: Ensure completion of Talent Management Cycle campaigns: annual goal setting, follow-up conversations, talent mapping, and annual evaluations. Labor Relations: Carry out required labor-related activities to ensure compliance with legal obligations. Execution of corporate campaigns related to communication, culture, and GPTW. Support in delivering information for indicator generation. Implement action plans derived from HR department indicators. Experience Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist managing more than 400 employees (minimum two years) Measurement of indicators, analysis, diagnostics, and proposals Personnel management Knowledge General knowledge in: Training and Organizational Development, Labor Relations, basic Payroll concepts, Compensation, and Recruitment, etc. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or **related fields** **Complementary Profile** Experience using platforms such as SAP and Success Factors Language At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity.
