Apply now for the position of: Commercial Coordinator **Position Objective** Monitor commercial matters, support operational coordination, and manage administrative and regulatory matters for Sempra Infrastructure’s Refined Products Storage Terminal in Veracruz, the Valley of Mexico, and Puebla, with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ensure volumetric control compliance across all terminals under the Commercial Directorate. **Key Responsibilities** * Contract Administration and Customer Relationship Management + Ensure contractual compliance by both customers and SI + Generate and monitor product receipt and delivery schedules + Reconcile received and delivered volumes with customers, including calculation of product losses + Invoice services and negotiate disputes + Update marine provisions and calculate and negotiate maritime claims and demurrage + Verify contractual compliance by carriers at terminals + Maintain consistent communication—providing required information and addressing complaints, grievances, and objections + Participate in tariff analysis and revisions + Monitor terminal KPIs * Operations + Identify operational improvement opportunities at the Veracruz, Valley of Mexico, and Puebla terminals to enhance customer service and support optimization of operational processes + Collaborate with terminal operations teams to standardize procedures aligned with best practices + Support updating of procedures, templates, and instructions + Identify required improvements in operational/commercial processes * Regulatory Compliance + Monitor regulatory activities related to the operation and commercial administration of the Veracruz, Valley of Mexico, and Puebla terminals, as well as obligations arising from regulation, operations, and contract administration + Provide support by generating required documentation to maintain strong relationships with CNE, ASEA, ANAM, SAT, SEMAR, and other authorities + Verify and ensure volumetric control compliance across all terminals + Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure required insurance policies are in place for assets, per regulation and contractual requirements + Make regulatory fee payments timely and accurately **Technical Skills** * Knowledge of the refined products market * Understanding of refined products loading and unloading processes * Data analysis, forecasting, and information correlation management * Writing proficiency * Numerical skills * Financial knowledge **Additional Knowledge and Certifications** * SAP S4HANA * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel (VBA macro programming preferred) **Education or Training Required** Chemical Engineering, International Business, International Relations, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Economics, or related fields **Apply now** and join the great team at **Sempra Infrastructure**!
