WE REQUIRE Architect or Civil/Construction Engineer – Site Supervisor Minimum 6 months of experience Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Nodata, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, cost estimation and takeoff software, surveying, office and field work. Strong spelling and grammar skills Detail-oriented and responsible Excellent communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and control material supply. Prepare administrative documentation for the project (delivery\-receipt letters, cost estimates, warranty letters, handover folders, financial and photographic progress reports, as-built drawings, purchase requisitions). Verify activities performed by the contractor. Reconcile and review budgets (unit-price contracts) for each supplier related to construction execution. Supervise construction during equipment commissioning and final handover. Supervise the quality of engineering installations.
