TDM The Design Mode On-site architects are required. - Manage and resolve conflicts arising during project execution. - Provide timely follow-up. - Review and approve cost estimates and/or related documentation for the project. - Monitor the project schedule and promptly notify the manager or responsible party in case of significant deviations that may jeopardize delivery deadlines. - Supervise construction with timely adherence to the construction schedule. - Prepare weekly construction progress reports using an electronic logbook. - Make decisions to ensure proper execution of the work. - Review and reconcile construction quantities. - Prepare and approve construction details. - Use SketchUp, CAD, Revit, and other software for conceptual rendering to facilitate understanding by clients or contractors.
