If you share our values and interests, we welcome you to join our team! **What are we looking for?** * Proactive and energetic personality with a sense of urgency * Analytical and numerical profile * Leadership skills to manage, train, and supervise team members * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience working in restaurants, operating and managing kitchens * Knowledge of and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and hygiene standards (NOM-251) * Availability to work rotating shifts * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Tourism, or related field **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising kitchen processes and operations * Inventory control, minimum stock levels, out-of-stock items (86), budgeting, shrinkage, production verification, quality assurance, shelf life monitoring, storage, organization, line checklists, and hygiene compliance * Supervision and coordination of direct reports, including shift scheduling * Monitoring and auditing of recipes and procedures, as well as appropriate Good Manufacturing Practices and hygiene standards for food handling and preparation * Supervising and verifying setup, restocking, changeover, and breakdown across production lines * Supervising cleanliness and order in the kitchen; coordinating and executing daily and deep cleaning tasks * Managing stock levels, inventory, purchasing, and receipt of supplies * Creation and development of new and seasonal dishes * Daily dish production and plating * Conflict resolution and problem-solving; effective communication Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,500.00 – $16,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract Application question(s): * Do you agree to follow established processes and procedures and complete required forms? * Do you reside in Pachuca, Hidalgo?
