GOBA GROUP REQUIRES A COST RESIDENT Requirements: **Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (degree certificate and professional license mandatory)** * Proficiency in Word, Excel, AutoCAD, OPUS, and NEODATA * Minimum 5 years of experience in the position * Experience managing personnel * Technical knowledge of construction processes. Responsibilities: * Review and analyze the entire construction project to identify discrepancies in quantities or design. * Prepare construction budgets. * Prepare cost estimates, schedules, quantity surveys, and unit prices for civil, mechanical, electrical, or industrial works. * Prepare work generation documents. * Monitor materials, equipment, and personnel on construction sites. * Verify that construction is carried out within the approved budget. * Prepare financial status reports for the project to assess its current condition. * Maintain up-to-date material pricing information. * Prepare weekly subcontractor payment reports based on completed volumes. * Prepare and monitor progress and payments to subcontractors related to the projects.
