




· Prepare and monitor construction budgets (item catalogs, work breakdown structures, and quantities). · Analyze unit prices (UPA), direct and indirect costs. · Validate progress generators, estimates, and physical-financial progress reports. · Control and compare actual expenditures against initial budgets. · Prepare for and participate in public and private tenders. · Conduct supplier quotations and comparative analyses. · Identify cost variances and propose corrective actions. · Issue periodic cost reports for project management. · Support the preparation of technical documentation for project initiation and closure. · Manage databases of construction inputs (materials, labor, equipment). · Maintain communication with site supervisors, suppliers, inspectors, and the administrative department. · Ensure adherence to projected costs at each project phase.
