WE REQUIRE Architect or Civil Engineer – Construction Supervisor Minimum 6 months of experience Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Nodata, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, cost estimates and generators, surveying, office and field work. Good spelling Detail-oriented and responsible Strong communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and control material supply. Prepare administrative documentation for the project (delivery/receipt letters, cost estimates, warranty letters, delivery folders, financial and photographic progress reports, as-built drawings, requisitions). Verify activities performed by the contractor. Reconcile and review budgets (unit-price contracts) for each supplier related to construction execution works. Supervise construction during equipment commissioning and final handover. Supervise installation quality of engineering systems.
