* **Civil Engineer**, **Architect**, **Industrial Engineer**, or related field. * Completion of a diploma program in **Construction Project Management** or **Construction Management** is desirable. * Knowledge of **cost control**, **estimating**, **budgeting**, and **construction contracts**. * Training in **ISO 9001:2015**, risk management, or internal audits (valuable for alignment with the existing QMS). * **Minimum 1 year** of experience in roles related to **construction supervision, control, or administration**. Proven experience in: * Coordination of subcontractors. * Integration of estimates and progress reports. * Budget management and cost control. * Review of contracts and compliance with technical specifications. * Preparation of reports and project closeouts. * Prior experience in construction companies or firms specializing in aluminum, glass, or architectural finishing installations is desirable. * Proficiency in **advanced Excel** and **project-specific financial control**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** or drafting software for interpreting construction drawings. * Use of **project tracking tools** (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Smartsheet). * Knowledge of **REPSE, IMSS, and Infonavit requirements** for contractors. * Ability to prepare and review **progress estimates and valuations**. * Basic knowledge of **industrial safety and environmental management**.
