




**GEVILLA BUSINESS GROUP** is a corporate group with high international commercial value and 100% South Baja Californian origin, comprising innovative, dynamic, and continuously growing companies in the fields of construction design and landscaping. **WE ARE SEEKING: HR GENERALIST** Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR. * Proficiency in the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and INFONAVIT regulations. * Proven experience in recruiting operational positions. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Service-oriented attitude. * Willingness to travel to various business units. Responsibilities: * Responsible for providing support to employees, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively. * Responsible for **recruitment and selection for the assigned business unit, primarily for operational and administrative positions.** * Responsible for managing the **personnel administration process**, from hiring through employee separation. * Responsible for onboarding new employees—both into the company and into their specific roles—ensuring they understand key aspects of their employment, including rights and obligations. * Responsible for issuing uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) to employees according to the position-specific matrix, and maintaining adequate stock. * Responsible for managing the employee separation process, regardless of the reason for termination. * Responsible for keeping vacation balances up to date for all employees under their supervision. * Responsible for preparing the **pre\-payroll** and delivering it to the payroll department on time. * Responsible for calculating bonuses, awards, and commissions in accordance with compensation policies. * Updating and maintaining DDP records (Employee Data Files). * Responsible for updating indicator files requested by management (e.g., hires, separations, overtime hours, absenteeism, administrative notices, medical leaves, etc.). * Coordinates annual HR calendar events within their business unit. * Coordinates training activities according to the scheduled activity calendar. **WE OFFER:** Gross monthly salary 10% punctuality bonus 10% attendance bonus Meal vouchers: MXN $1,208 Thirteenth-month bonus (20 days’ salary) 100% IMSS contributions Position type: Full-time Salary: MXN $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal vouchers Work location: On-site employment
