**Requirements** * Required academic level: Bachelor's degree or Engineering completed or in the process of graduation. * Related fields: Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade or related to operations/logistics management. * English: Intermediate • Experience: 4 to 5 years in coordination or supervision roles in monitoring centers, transportation or logistical security. **Knowledge and tools:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience with GPS platforms and CCTV systems. * Practical knowledge of the road network of the Mexican Republic. * Desirable experience in managing security protocols, action plans and incident escalation. **Skills:** * Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Logical and analytical reasoning. * Results-oriented and commitment to meeting metrics. * Effective communication skills with different levels within the organization and external parties (OL, escorts, authorities). * Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and constant learning. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday (full time). * Base schedule: 07:00 to 19:00 hrs. * Availability to respond to critical events on weekends and holidays. **Responsibilities, functions and activities:** Supervision of monitoring team Management of monitoring operations Incident management and response Analysis and continuous improvement Communication management Information control Job type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school (Desirable) Experience: * Office: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
