




Job Description and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests while maintaining the hotel’s service standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily front desk operations, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate front desk staff activities. * Ensure a warm welcome and efficient check-in / check-out process. * Handle complex guest situations and resolve incidents. * Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other departments. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards. * Train and evaluate team members to improve performance. * Monitor occupancy rates, room availability, and special assignments. * Manage daily reports, cash control, and shift closings. * Support administrative tasks within the department. Experience and Requirements **Requirements** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in hotel front desk operations. * Intermediate–advanced English; additional languages are a plus. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Service-oriented mindset and strong teamwork abilities. * Experience handling cash and administrative processes.
