





- Calculate costs for food, beverage, and housekeeping service recipes. - Conduct audits for various departments as required. - Generate the weekly expense control report for the housekeeping and wine cellar departments. - Generate the employee cafeteria consumption report. - Generate monthly reports for the food and beverage departments. - Collect accounts receivable from the operations team. - Prepare the full experience service report for the food, beverage, and housekeeping departments. - Create and update point-of-sale system buttons. - Conduct and verify physical inventory across various departments. - Generate product trend reports. - Verify product expiration dates across various departments. - Remove expired products from the system across various departments. - Add new products to the system. - Prepare the monthly wine cellar report. - Inspect the physical condition of equipment required for operations in the food and beverage departments. - Transfer wines from warehouse to wine cellar.
