Do NOT apply if you do not meet this requirement. Education: Engineering degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Technical diploma in Computing, Systems, Information Technology, or related fields. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gaming machines in the casino floor, according to the work plan. Install, relocate, and move gaming machines on the casino floor as per the activity schedule and layout updates. Respond to and document Level 1 incidents occurring on the casino floor. Escalate and submit Level 2 incidents to the Contact Center department. Provide on-site support to departments requiring remote connectivity to configure gaming machines. Address requests from departments needing data or machine information configuration on the casino floor.
