Serve as the control desk for industrial safety and medical services · Validate procurement request submissions from departments. · Monitor implementation of the annual safety plan. · Schedule the corresponding work booklet. · Obtain quotations for materials and/or services. · Submit and monitor purchase requisitions. · Track the status of requests on the platform. · Monitor the status of opinions and vendor studies. · Coordinate environmental matters with the Environmental Manager.
