Key responsibilities: * Coordinate and lead the collections team. * Recover and contain individual loans. * Develop and implement judicial and extrajudicial recovery strategies. * Analyze financial metrics to support decision-making. * Collaborate with legal departments and other teams to ensure effective processes. Required profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. * Minimum 3 years of experience in collections and portfolio recovery management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and collections tools. * Solid knowledge of asset recovery and accounts receivable.
