




After Site Approval for a new store, many activities between internal and external stakeholders take place by the Real Estate team. Gathering of legal documentation from LL, continue with initial business negotiations, define terms depending on outcomes of our Due dilligence (DDL and DDT), engage Legal, Design, Pre\-construction and Permits to produce a well rounded lease agreement/contract draft for legal to revise. Today those activities are done by the REM and based on the volume of units at our LRP we need to divide the Search and Approve activity from the Final Negotiation and Closing Deal activity.
