




**Finance and Administration Manager** **Location:** Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX **Work Mode:** 100% On-site, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday). **Position Description** We are seeking a strategic financial leader to ensure the organization's financial health, operational control, and sustainable growth. This role coordinates administrative and financial functions and aligns all departments to improve efficiency, processes, and outcomes. **Responsibilities** * Lead financial planning, budgeting, and expense control. * Ensure tax and accounting compliance, reducing legal risks. * Generate reliable financial reports for senior management. * Manage financial and operational risks. * Review and improve administrative and financial processes. * Supervise contract generation with clients and suppliers. * Oversee marketing campaigns to ensure impact and return on investment. * Align efforts across departments to achieve operational efficiency. **Key Activities** * Review financial statements and performance indicators. * Evaluate expenses, revenues, and cash flow. * Conduct annual audits. * Verify tax obligations and regulatory compliance. * Perform project-based financial planning. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * **5\+ years of experience** in accounting, treasury, financial analysis, tax compliance, and leadership within construction companies. * Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel. * Leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, ethics, and integrity. **Salary Range:** 40\.000 \- 55\.000 net + statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $40,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site job
