




**The Position** ------------------------ Design, implement, and oversee the comprehensive market access strategy for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, ensuring inclusion, reimbursement, and sustainability of portfolio therapies within public and private healthcare systems. This includes generating value evidence, coordinating health technology assessments (HTA), negotiating prices and contracts, and developing innovative access models. Supervise local and regional CAmCar teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution across all countries under responsibility. **Tasks and Responsibilities** ------------------------------ * Define local and regional CAmCar access strategies to ensure therapy inclusion and reimbursement within public healthcare systems. * Ensure development of value dossiers and pharmacoeconomic models to support evaluation and funding decisions for participation in public tenders, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and competitiveness in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean (CAmCar). * Lead health technology assessments (HTA) before agencies such as CSG, IMSS, ISSSTE, IMSS Bienestar, and other institutions in Mexico, as well as in Central American and Caribbean countries. * Lead the generation of value evidence, including real-world evidence (RWE) studies, disease burden, and budget impact analyses. * Manage contracts, supply agreements, and price negotiations with public institutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with strategic objectives in Mexico and CAmCar. * Develop innovative access models that promote timely, equitable patient access and therapy adherence. Collaborate with key internal departments (medical, regulatory, legal, commercial) to align access strategies. * **Requirements** -------------- **Mandatory** --------------- * Professionals holding a university degree and professional license in Health Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * More than 7 years of experience in market access, government affairs, or pharmacoeconomics within the pharmaceutical industry. * Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written). * Advanced experience in pharmacoeconomics, health technology assessments (HTA), and value evidence generation. * Direct involvement in HTA processes, formulary inclusion, and negotiations with public institutions. * In-depth knowledge of the Mexican public healthcare system and its processes for inclusion, reimbursement, and procurement. * Experience designing and presenting value dossiers and budget impact models. * Solid expertise in public tenders, contract management, and price negotiations. * Experience managing high-performance teams. **Desirable** ------------- * A master's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or an MBA is desirable.
