Madero Borough **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 16:00 hrs and Saturdays from 8:00 to 16:00 hrs **What are we looking for?** * We seek a professional preferably with a background in **Educational Business Administration**, **Educational Management**, or related fields. * Previous experience in the educational sector and campus leadership. * A person with **human-centered leadership**, strategic thinking, who knows how to **motivate and develop their team**, while also **driving results and maintaining operational order** at the campus. * Gender is not a requirement: we value talent and leadership vocation. **Your main responsibilities:** * Supervise academic area, teaching staff, administrative department, and reception. * KPIs for enrollment and collections. * Manage material resources assigned to the campus. * Supervise license and permit management activities. * Oversee general maintenance of facilities. * Attend to students and parents to minimize dropout rates. * Prepare and report indicators and reports to the Operations Department. * Supervise hiring processes, terminations, incidents, and work schedules. * Control petty cash expenses. * Supervise compliance with civil protection program. * Notify corporate of legal requirements (IMSS, ST, SHCP, etc.). **We offer you** * Base salary through 100% fully-paid scheme. * Monthly bonus for achieving KPIs. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance. * Accident insurance. * Funeral expenses coverage. * 100% IMSS contributions. * Direct hiring by the company.
