Job Description: Knowledge, Experience, Skills:* Relevant experience in developing test plans for NPD project validation, transfer projects, and engineering changes, including execution. * Expertise in problem\-solving methods such as 8D or A3\. Advanced knowledge of GD\&T, norms, and standards for products and processes. * Basic knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI. * Advanced conversational English level. * Relevant experience in statistical data analysis (DOE, life data analysis, warranty) and proficiency in Minitab or ReliaSoft. * Hands\-on experience with power tools and knowledge of their mechanisms. * Intermediate experience in using core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, CP). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Effective communication, active participation, and conflict resolution skills. * Strong decision\-making skills based on data and risk assessment. * Ownership and empowerment mindset. * Advanced leadership and management skills, with proven experience in direct people management, coaching, and mentoring. Routine Activities and Follow\-Up Tasks:* Lead teams for new product designs and engineering changes related to product reliability, user requirements, and warranty information. Provide necessary resources to the team. * Participate in user needs research to identify “CTQ” requirements for mechanical and electrical design features. * Develop or support the creation of test plans and procedures for new or existing products to ensure compliance with customer requirements. * Lead test laboratories in implementing test plans and procedures, ensuring full test completion and adherence to best practices. * Create test reports using tools (GRS and common follow\-up, W revision on time). * Analyze, draw conclusions, report, and present product information using statistical techniques such as Weibull analysis, reliability distributions, and matrices. * Ensure timely failure reporting and lead or support root cause analysis and effective corrective/preventive actions (FRACA).
