We have partnerships with the best globally recognized partners. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide telephone, remote, or on-site support to customers and end users for equipment sold or not sold by GEMETYTEC. * Diagnose, quote, and repair printing, reading, and mobile data capture equipment within established timeframes. * Support the sales department with part numbers, demonstrations, and service contract sales. * Manage service contracts, supplies, and support vehicles. * Send and collect equipment from local and national suppliers. * Meet established deadlines for equipment diagnosis, repair, and delivery. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of technical support and cross-selling. * **Valid driver's license.** * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and results-driven. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Location:** Ciudad Granja **We Offer:** * **Competitive monthly base salary.** * **Bonus for meeting performance indicators.** * **Commissions on sales made.** * **Statutory benefits.** * Opportunities for growth and professional development.
